Find Your Rhythm in Moab
There’s something about stepping away from your usual surroundings that makes it easier to hear yourself again. At Moab Magic, your days have room for both movement and stillness: practice outdoors, spend time with the group, explore the landscape, or settle in by the pool with nowhere else you need to be.
The retreat offers a shared rhythm without filling every hour. Some moments will bring us together for yoga, meals, and outdoor experiences. Others are yours to follow your energy—whether that means an adventure, a conversation, or a quiet afternoon at the house.
What the Days Feel Like
Mornings may begin with an outdoor yoga practice, followed by breakfast and an open stretch of the day. Take time to explore Moab, join a group activity, or stay close to home and relax. At lunch, make a sandwich to enjoy at the house or take along on an adventure.
In the evening, we’ll come back together for practice, a shared experience, or dinner. There will also be time to slow down: watch the desert light change, spend time with the community, or turn in early.
This is a sample rhythm, not a fixed schedule. Practices and activities may shift with the weather, the day’s plans, and the needs of the group.
Your Desert Home
We’ll gather at Desert Panorama, a spacious home surrounded by Moab’s red rock and mountain views. Its shared living spaces and outdoor areas give us room to practice, share meals, spend time together, and find a quiet corner when we need one.
Between adventures, you can take a dip in the heated pool, relax in one of the two hot tubs, or settle in by the fire pit as the day winds down. It’s a place to return to, rest, and enjoy the unhurried moments between everything Moab has to offer.

Five days and four nights at Desert Panorama
Daily yoga practices, with the schedule shaped around the group’s activities and the weather

Meet Your Retreat Leader
Founder of Terranova Yoga & Retreat Lead
Sarah began her yoga journey in 2009 and quickly discovered that yoga offered much more than physical movement—it became a pathway to deeper self-connection, trust, and transformation. She completed her 200-hour training at Zuda Yoga in 2013 and has since earned additional certifications in Yin, Bhakti, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Advanced Vinyasa, and Holographic Sound Healing.
Sarah’s teaching is rooted in breath, music, and intentional sequencing, inviting students to explore their growth edge and reconnect with their inherent strength and wisdom.

The Queen Room is spacious, cozy, and perfect for one or two guests who want a comfortable, close-knit retreat experience. Not quite as large as the King Room, but just as serene and thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation.

The Shared Queen Room sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for small groups who want to stay together—two couples, a group of amigas, or even a trio of amigos. Spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, this room lets you enjoy community without sacrificing relaxation.

The Nest is the most luxurious accommodation on the property — a private apartment designed for deep rest and total comfort. Best suited for couples or anyone wanting a more spacious, elevated experience, this apartment features its own living space, kitchen, and balcony. After long days of yoga, surf, and adventure, The Nest is the perfect sanctuary to unwind and restore.
