Nestled in the awe-inspiring red rock canyons of Moab, this retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
Each morning begins with an energizing yoga flow on the open-air deck, surrounded by nature’s quiet majesty. Nourish your body with chef-prepared meals crafted with intention and love. Afternoons are yours to explore desert trails, lounge by the pool, or simply rest beneath the wide Moab sky.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather again for grounding restorative practices designed to soften your edges and restore your inner rhythm.

Sample Daily Schedule
(Times may vary slightly to allow for rest and flow, and Saturday sunrise hike)
6 AM - 7 AM – Morning tea, coffee & light bites
7:30 AM – Invigorating morning yoga flow on the deck
9:15 AM – Nourishing, chef-prepared breakfast
10 AM – 5 PM – Free time to explore, hike, or relax by the pool
1:00 PM – Plated Lunch or Adventure lunch packed to-go
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM – Evening Practice
6:45 PM – Delicious, nourishing dinner shared in community
8:15 PM – SUNSET!
9 PM – Wind down: stargazing, hot tea, connection or solitude
