Founder of Terranova Yoga & Retreat Lead
Sarah began her yoga journey in 2009 and quickly discovered that yoga offered much more than physical movement—it became a pathway to deeper self-connection, trust, and transformation. She completed her 200-hour training at Zuda Yoga in 2013 and has since earned additional certifications in Yin, Bhakti, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Advanced Vinyasa, and Holographic Sound Healing.
Sarah’s teaching is rooted in breath, music, and intentional sequencing, inviting students to explore their growth edge and reconnect with their inherent strength and wisdom.

The Nest is the most luxurious accommodation on the property — a private apartment designed for deep rest and total comfort. Best suited for couples or anyone wanting a more spacious, elevated experience, this apartment features its own living space, kitchen, and balcony. After long days of yoga, surf, and adventure, The Nest is the perfect sanctuary to unwind and restore.

FAQs

Travel to Nosara
Nosara is a beautiful 2.5-hour drive from Liberia International Airport (LIR). We will have a coordinated shuttle service available for all retreat participants from LIR to the retreat center on July 4, and returning on July 11.
Please plan to arrive at LIR no later than 12:45 PM on July 4. If you prefer to arrive the day before, there are several hotels near the airport.
Each guest will pay the shuttle driver directly in cash. The cost is approximately $40 per person each way, and we will confirm final pricing 60 days before the retreat.

Costa Rica’s local currency is the Colón (CRC). However, U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout Nosara, and most restaurants, shops, and excursion providers also accept major credit cards.

Not at all. All classes, workshops, and activities are encouraged, but nothing is required. This is your retreat—your time to rest, reset, and choose how you’d like to participate each day.

No power adapter needed — Costa Rica uses U.S.-style outlets (Type A/B).
